3.1. We aim to list only genuine and up-to-date new projects. However, property development is a dynamic industry.
3.2. Developers may update prices, unit availability, and architectural features at any time without prior notice.
3.3. The Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) remains the final legal document governing any purchase. PropFact. and Kingsman Realty Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for discrepancies between website data and the final SPA.
4. No Duplicate or Fake Listings Policy
4.1. In our commitment to market integrity, we strictly prohibit "fishing ads" or duplicate listings designed to mislead users.
4.2. We only showcase actual, verifiable projects currently available in the market.
5. User Submissions and Feedback
5.1. Any content you submit (e.g., questions via search filters or forms) must not violate third-party rights.
5.2. By submitting content, you grant Morwens Chiu and PropFact. a royalty-free license to use and modify your submissions for service improvement (e.g., FAQ sections).
